When click to open the Internet Explorer Browser I get this first run wizard. Any ideas?

How to complete the Internet Explorer 8 first run wizard ?
Question Details The first time you open IE8 you may be prompted to go through a brief setup wizard. These steps will help you go through this wizard.
Answer Steps
1.Open Internet Explorer 8.
2.At the Welcome screen, click Next.
3.At the Turn on Suggested Sites screen, click No, don't turn on. Click Next.
4.At the Choose your settings screen, click Use express settings. Click Finish.
Your home page should be displayed. A Welcome to Internet Explorer 8 tab will appear. You can review this tab or close it.
