​If you are moving from one Microsoft Outlook 2007 installation to a new installation on another computer you may notice your email autocomplete is empty. No problem you can move the file that contains this to the new installation.

Steps

1. Copy th file outlookprofilename.NK2 located at the below folder path:

In Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008 and Windows 7

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook

In Windows XP

C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\

2. Paste the file outlookprofilename.NK2 on the new installation at the same folder path:

In Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008 and Windows 7

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook

In Windows XP

C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\

Note: If the profile name is the same just paste over and replace the outlookprofilename.NK2. If the profile has changed just rename the outlookprofilename.NK2.
